Hotel Location
A leisurely 15 minute walk from The Parade in Royal Leamington Spa the Best Western Falstaff Hotel is nestled between Warwick New Road and Warwick Place.
Car Parks
The hotel has 2 car parks, one at the front, the Warwick New Road entrance and one at the rear, the Warwick Place entrance. The front cark has 15 spaces, the rear and commonly preferred car park has 25 spaces including 2 parking bays designated to disabled badge holders. The car park is free of charge to guests staying or attending functions at the hotel.
Wheelchair Access
For guests requiring wheelchair access or Families with buggies and pushchairs there is ramp access to the main reception area from the rear car park (Warwick Place). The ramp is located in the far right hand corner as you enter the car park. Please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff for assistance if required.
Washroom Facilities
When inside the hotel for guests with special requirements or guests requiring baby changing facilities ground floor toilets can be located behind the main reception desk. 

When Inside
Due to the original construction there are 5 steps from the main reception area to the Restaurant and Bar areas. Hand rails are available at both sides of the steps. A temporary ramp is also available to wheelchair users. Please ask a member of the team for assistance when required.
Room 33
The hotel has 1 designated bedroom suitable for guests with special requirements. Room 33 is located behind the reception area. It's a twin bedded room with wet room.
Family Rooms
There are also 3 disignated Family rooms at the hotel. Room 29 (1st floor), Room 52 (ground floor), Room 62 (1st floor). All Family rooms have a Double bed with double sofa bed. Temporary Z beds are also available for children up to the age of 12.
Luggage Assistance
Unfortunately the hotel does not have a lift. Please take this into consideration when making your reservation. Although luggage assistance is available, stairs will  need to be negotiated if allocated a Family room on the 1st floor.
