M40 Northbound: Leave at Junction 13. Turn right passing over the motorway following signs for A452 Leamington. Continue to 1st roundabout; take 3rd exit towards Leamington A452. M40 Southbound: Leave at Junction 14. Follow the signs for A452 Leamington. Proceed until a large Roundabout and take 2nd exit towards Leamington A452. Continue from here: At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit. You will pass a number of car showrooms on your right. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit keeping in the right hand lane. Proceed over the next roundabout (2nd exit) into Princes Drive. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit keeping the railway embankment on your right. At the end of Princes Drive turn right at the mini roundabout into Warwick New Road. Proceed for approx 200 yards until you reach the Best Western Falstaff Hotel.
